Refunds or Exchanges

The items ordered from Sevensisters can generally be exchanged or returned within 14 days from receipt. Provided the goods are in perfect, intact and original packed condition. Please email us at shop@sevensisters.ch with your request for a refund or exchange and provide a detailed reason for the request.

A new product in the same category may be exchanged or returned for a refund.
In addition to the above and in order to be eligible for return, please make sure that the product is:

  • with all original labels attached

  • unaltered

  • unused

When we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you as to our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange or if you are requesting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund or exchange, you should contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is actually posted. Once you have completed that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@sevensisters.ch

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sevensisters.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
